EMBROIDERY & BADGES

Make a strong first impression with direct embroidery and custom badges. Embroidery showcases an attention to detail and professionalism that gives your workers a sense of pride, both in the office and on the field.

We also offer custom embroidered badges, perfect for worker and position identification, with a wide selection of background and border combinations to complement a variety of garment colors and patterns.

Badges are a great choice for striped or patterned shirts where direct embroideries can often blend in. They can also be removed should an employee’s position or name change.

US and State Flag badges also available.

HI-VIS STRIPING

Enhanced visibility is critical when working in high-traffic areas, construction sites, or around heavy equipment. Adding reflective striping to your uniform can make a lifesaving difference.

Select from a wide array of trim widths, colors, and placements to maximize visibility. These distinctive stripings can be added to most garments in a variety of placements, with Flame-resistant striping is also available. The garments and striping you select should depend on the end use requirements.

PAD PRINTING

Perfect for printing on curved and irregular surfaces such as hard hats, safety eyewear, pens, and a variety of other items, pad printing allows you to really put your touch on some of the most iconic pieces of PPE.

Hard hats can be printed on in up to 4 colors in front, back, left, and right positions, allowing for different designs on different sides. goSafe can also produce pad printed items such as golfballs, pens, and other promotional items.

Minimum order quantity of 20 per item.

What artwork file types work best for customization?

Vector artwork with the file types AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF are ideal for all custom screen printing, pad printing, and embroidery as they are based on mathematical curves, not pixels, making them infinitely scalable.

No Vector file? No problem! Large, high-quality pixel-based (raster) images can be converted to vector for an additional fee.

How do I know my Logo is Vector?

Most images on computers are pixel-based images, also known as Raster images. Common raster file types include JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, and WEBP. If your logo is one of these formats, it's not vector.

Additionally, putting a pixelated image in a vector file will not convert it to a vector as many vector file types, such as PDF, support pixelated images.

For an easy way to tell if your file is truly vector: try zooming way into the image. If the image becomes pixelated or blurry, it's not vector.

Vector is also the industry standard for logo design. If you don't have a vector file on hand we recommend contacting your marketing or graphic design department to see if they have a vector original, or we can vectorize the logo on our end for an additional charge.

Photocopies, business cards, decals, faxes, etc. are not considered Camera Ready. Contact us if you need clarification or assistance.
